With a reputation for chef recruitment stretching back to 1997, Catabase Associates became the first recruiter in the UK to specialise in the recruitment of motor yacht chefs in 2009. Since then, Catabase has gone on to recruit for a number of our private motor yacht clients for a variety of roles.
At Catabase we take time to understand the individual needs of each client and work closely to recruit and help retain key members of crew. Rather than maintain a database of candidates, each search is fully bespoke and dependent on the needs of the client to ensure that we closely match the requirements.
